Hi Elaine, Just wanted to give you a short note on the bed you sold me. Linda and I are having a hard time leaving the bed : ) We love laying on it. It is so comfortable ... it's weird, but for once I am waking up with minimal back pain. I have been sleeping real good. You are right ... I am starting to sleep on my back more. Having my legs elevated is really nice. Thank you so much for all your help. I got all the extra goodies, pillows, mattress protector, sheets, etc. I just love this bed ... finally, after buying lots of beds, I finally found one that I am really comfortable with. You have been wonderful in making your suggestions .. the latex bed is awesome. Much better than the tempurpedic style. This does not get too hot at all. Thanks again for all your help. Adjustable Bed vs. Flat Beds
When you have a flat
bed - NOT an Adjustable Bed -
no matter how you feel, or what hurts, or what you need - You get one position: flat. Your Body is not built flat, it curves out by the hips, in by the lower back, and out by the shoulders. Consequently, you have to toss and turn 50X a night - that's one time about every 15 minutes. . . . When you don't get a good night's sleep, you simply do not feel good the next day.
